Shipping Policy: Purely Digital Delivery
We do not sell or ship physical products. All of our products, including commissioned artwork and digital downloads like wallpapers, are delivered electronically via email or a secure download link. There are no shipping costs associated with any purchase.
Returns & Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales of pre-made digital products are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once a product has been purchased and delivered.
Refunds for Commissioned Services
The initial deposit (e.g., 50%) is non-refundable once work has begun, as it covers the initial consultation, research, and creative time. Once the final artwork has been approved and delivered to the client, no refunds will be issued. We are committed to client satisfaction and will work diligently through the agreed-upon revision process to ensure the final piece matches the client's vision.
Intellectual Property (IP) & Usage Rights
All content on this website, including but not limited to the Alanestia saga, its characters, worlds, stories, and all related artwork, is the exclusive copyright and intellectual property of the creator. It may not be reproduced, copied, or used for any commercial purpose or for AI training without express written consent.
Commissioned Artwork - The Usage License
When you commission a piece of art, you are purchasing a license to use that art, not the copyright to the art itself. The specific terms of the license will be clearly defined in our commission agreement. As the creator, Michelle Spangler retains the copyright to the artwork and the right to use it in her portfolio and for self-promotional purposes. Any use by the client outside the agreed-upon license is a violation of these terms.
