Understanding how you can use the digital art you purchase is important. We've created these simple license terms to ensure clarity and respect for our art. Please read them carefully.

Understanding Your Art Usage Rights

At Artistic Euphoria, we're thrilled you love our art! To make sure everyone's on the same page about how you can use the digital art you purchase, we've created these simple license terms. Please read them carefully.

Tier 1: Standard Personal Use License

Personal Use Defined

This license is automatically included with every digital art purchase from our "Archived Art" section. It's designed for individuals who want to enjoy our art for their own personal, non-commercial enjoyment. What this means: You get a non-exclusive, non-transferable license. This allows you to use the art for personal purposes, and it also means we can sell the same artwork to other customers for their personal use.

Permitted Uses (Tier 1)

You MAY use the artwork for:

Personal Display: Show it off on your personal electronic devices like computers, phones, or tablets.

Personal Prints: Print the artwork for your own private enjoyment (e.g., to hang on your wall, for personal scrapbooking, or as a desktop background).

Personal Social Media: Share it on your personal social media profiles, provided it's for non-commercial use and you credit Artistic Euphoria.

Prohibited Uses (Tier 1)

You MAY NOT use the artwork for:

Commercial Purposes: This includes, but is not limited to, advertising, merchandise (e.g., t-shirts, mugs, posters for sale), book covers, business logos, website design for a business, or any other profit-generating activity.

Resale or Distribution: You cannot resell, share, or give away the digital file to anyone else.

Claiming Ownership: You cannot claim the artwork as your own creation.

Copyright Information

Important Note: Michelle Spangler at Artistic Euphoria retains full ownership and copyright of all artwork. Your purchase grants you a license to use the art as described above, but it does not transfer ownership of the artwork itself.

Tier 2: Commercial Use License

Who Needs This License?

This license is required if you intend to use any of our digital art for commercial purposes, meaning any use where you, or a third party, generates revenue, directly or indirectly, from the artwork. Due to the varied nature of commercial projects, these licenses are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Businesses, brands, designers, content creators, or anyone planning to use the artwork for a profit-generating venture.

What this license allows (examples):

Using the artwork in advertisements or marketing materials for a business.
